Pepple Studio is operated by Viemind, a company registered in Vietnam. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

By accessing and using Pepple Studio's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this website.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Pepple Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Pepple Studio offers handcrafted ceramic products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is error-free.

Handmade variations: All of our products are individually handmade. Because of this, slight variations in glaze color, size, shape, and finish are to be expected and celebrated. Each piece is unique, and actual products may differ slightly from the images shown.

When you place an order:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received before we process, custom-engrave, and ship your order.

We arrange for the shipment of products to you. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carrier operations, but we will assist you in filing claims where possible.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our pet memorial products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
• We will arrange for a replacement to be crafted and shipped, or issue a full refund.

Custom-engraved or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, unless damaged in transit.

The website design, original content, features, photography, and ceramic design motifs are the exclusive property of Pepple Studio and Viemind. You may not use our trademarks, designs, or photography without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Pepple Studio, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website or products.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Pepple Studio sells through its Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/PeppleStudio. This website is not created, sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Etsy, Inc.
